Enterprise systems that are reliable, secure and well documented

Four connected disciplines — SAP, cloud, security and research — applied with one approach: understand first, change carefully, and leave things better documented than I found them.

How I Work

A simple, repeatable process

The same four steps for a one-week health check or a six-month migration.

  1. 01

    Assess

Understand the landscape, the business goal and the constraints before changing anything.

  2. 02

    Plan

Agree scope, risks and a rollback path. Write down decisions so they can be reviewed.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Implement in small, tested steps — automated where possible, with security built in.

  4. 04

    Document

Hand over runbooks, diagrams and monitoring so the team can operate it confidently.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work on short engagements or only long-term projects?

Both. Short engagements such as a health check or access review typically run one to three weeks; migrations and platform work run longer.

Can you work with our existing team and tools?

Yes. I work alongside in-house teams, follow your change process and use your existing tooling wherever it does the job.

Do you work remotely?

Yes — most work is remote. On-site visits can be arranged for workshops or cutover weekends.

What do we get at the end of an engagement?

Working systems plus documentation: runbooks, architecture notes and a summary of decisions, so nothing depends on me staying involved.

Let’s Talk

Have a system that needs attention?

Tell me about your SAP landscape, cloud platform or security concern — I’ll reply with a practical next step.
